The family that runs Woodall Automotive is nothing short of fantastic! They are honest, fair and fast! When my car broke down a month after moving here from Michigan, I was nervous about finding a good mechanic. Thank goodness I called Woodall. They had a tow truck come pick up the car that morning (a Monday) and called me with the diagnosis that afternoon. When the car was fixed on Wednesday Debbie and her daughter-in-law picked me up from my apartment so that I wouldn't have to take a taxi in to the shop. Talk about going above and beyond! And that was only the first time I used their services. I've since taken my car in there twice, and the same service every time! They always get my car in immediately, get me a diagnosis right up front, charge me a fair price and go the extra mile with everything. They are a family owned and operated business that I will recommend to anyone who'll listen. They won't let you down!

I was originally a big fan and actually recommended this business to others. I would no longer be comfortable doing so, however, as my last encounter was very disappointing. They tried to charge me for work that had not been done and had not been authorized. On top of that, I was charged for service which WAS done, part of which was a new battery. However, after I had paid for this and took the vehicle home, I found out that the old battery had been put back in, rather than the new battery. I had also originally asked that the check engine light be repaired, as inspection was due, and they could not even tell me if they had looked at it, even though all of this appeared on the invoice which I paid. Not impressed any longer, and the attitude was not the normal I had come to expect. I will not be returning and am taking my business elsewhere. I thought I had found a quality mechanic who actually cared about customer satisfaction. Evidently, this is no longer the case.

We are new to the area and Bob Woodall has been like a dream come true. He has capably repaired or tuned up our toyota and our nissan several times and is on time, friendly and helpful.He calls with estimates before the rapair and calls to let us know when it is finished. He answers questions patiently and intelligently. We couldn't ask for anything more.He is our go to guy!

Terry Woodall moved me over to synthetic oil, so that now I have to change it only once a year and cutting my oil change costs in half. Mr. Woodall sells softly, he does not push you at all.

When my wife's 96 Tercel decided to break down we were dreading the cost of repair and in need of a place to get it repaired. A co-worker of hers recommended taking it to Woodall automotive to have it repaired. I am glad we took the advice as the service and friendliness of the people there was top notch. Terry was great and he was able to get my vehicle repaired in just one day. He is also very reasonable in the pricing for the service my vehicle required as any other place would have charged me double and kept my vehicle a lot longer for a simple problem.It is hard to find an automotive service mechanic that makes you feel that they are really there to take care of the customer and take pride in the service that they provide. This is a place I can recommend with confidence. And I definitely will be taking all of my vehicles there in the future for any service that they need.

I love that guy! I can't say enough about Woodall Automotive. I brought my car in this last Friday for what the dealership told me was a belt tension issue plus other parts. Toyota quoted me over $500. Since I have used Terry before and trust him (I know seems strange for a mechanic), I told them I wanted to get a second opinion. Terry ended up calling to tell me it was only a belt needed to be changed for only $100. I told them go ahead but since it was afternoon I expected my car back on Monday. He called Saturday morning to say he went into the shop to finish a couple customers (even though he is normally closed on Saturdays) so it was finished. Unbelievable! He is a must!

My car failed inspection due to the thermostat going out. I saw Woodall Automotive had good reviews here on repairpal.com did some other research on them. I decided to to take a chance with Terry after getting an estimate on the phone. Terry and Debbie offer excellent customer service. The repair was done quickly and right. Terry did a follow up call to make sure my call was running right. My car passed re-inspection thanks to Terry and company. I will definitely recommend Woodall to others.

91 Jeep Wrangler worked on multiple times at Woodalls. Each time, great explanation of work that needed to be done, solid estimates, and good timing of delivery of my truck. Great customer service as well. Will be going back for all my needs.

I am so very pleased with the service I was provided from The Woodalls. I would still be searching for the problem if I would have taken my baby elsewhere.

Kudos and Bravo to Terry, he is definatly in the right business. He not only lives up to his word, he is a Master mechanic and Diagnostician!

And lets not forget Mrs. Debbie Woodall, she compltes the entire satisfactory and pleasant experience with her willingness to help me.
