won't turn over... no click, or nothing on 1996 Plymouth Voyager

Does this model van have a kill switch, if so, where is it located? has not started since mild front en collision

I had a very similar problem. There is a wire connects to the starter. Sometimes it comes loose. Think the clip broke on mine. I just crawl under it and push the wire back on. Works every time. With out this wire the starter will not operate.
It does not have a fuel pump safety switch if that's what you're thinking of. That's a Ford feature, not Chrysler. There are numerous fuses and relays that could have been disturbed or damaged in the collision, but there's no kill switch.
