Vehicle starts but dies unless accelerator feathered. In gear, barely moves when accelerator pumped vigorously. Will occasionally develop rpm's but rapidly deteriorates.

It's above the passenger rear axle under the car. For loss of power I would check and verify fuel pressure and volume, check for exhaust restriction. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars..
