Question: wont start or turn fuel pump

 Rookie

for one i have an 89 2.8L mpfi not the 90 3.1 but they didnt have that listed. but there isnt any spark and the fuel pump isnt turning when i turn the ignition. i know the pump is good because we jumped the pump and it started working. all the relays and the coils have been check and or replaced crank position sensor has been replaced aswell and so has the ecm. what the hell is wrong with this car???

    have you checked the ignition switch, for broken wires? Is the security light flashing? I think this model had a small black chip on the key, in the center above the cuts. If so wire to the key reader may be broken and it is in theft mode. It will disable the fuel and spark. Sounds like you already ruled out all other possible problems.

    it doesnt have that type of key but are there other ways that it could be put in theft mode even without that type of key?
