I replaced my oil pan, and now my car won't start. It makes a sort of "click" noise, but that's all it will do.

Double check the battery cables and the starter wiring. If anything is loose, the starter will click but not turn the engine over. Let me know what you end up finding. Good luck

Charge and test the battery as well or at least try to jump start of another vehicle. Instead of connecting the battery jumper cable ground wire (Black) to your battery negative terminal find a good ground on your engine and attach it there, (this will eliminate a a voltage drop across the ground cable on your car if there is one.
