seems to be getting fuel and spark compression same all cylinders

    120 dry all cyls 150 wet

    sounds like rings are worn slightly. is timing belt set correctly?

    yes mechaninic has checked and rechecked TDC ASO NEW PLUGS ,WIRES CAP AND ROTOR

    is compression at least 125 per cyl. poss t/b is off

    Spray a little carb cleaner in intake will it try to run, WITH RUBBER INTAKE TUBE REINSTALLED AND TIGHT? iF it was running before head work, it is either out of time or has low compression, since you know for SURE spark and fuel are ok!! That's IT!!!
