Question: won't start after first start or let set for awhile

truck has 2 tanks, tried both, replaced coil,wires,rotor,fuel filter,modual and even changed computor, still won't start,both fuel pumps are working,tried starting fluid and still would not start.

    If you are trying starting fluid and are certain you have fuel pressure, then likely the spark is your issue. You did not mention changing the stator, that is one possibility. Check to see that each cylinder is receiving its spark.

    Also, check in the relay box under the hood - your PCM or fuel pump relay could be faulty, causing a no start.

    change pick-up coil on distributor //// had same problem,now fixed
