won't start on 2000 Dodge Caravan

I replaced the battery on my 200 caravan, and now it will not start. I think the anti theft may be causing this any suggestions?

If there is any way to disable the anti-theft, do so and see if it helps you with your problem. Sometimes there is a fuse that will disable the anit-theft system. Also, make sure that your battery has at least 12.6 volts. I have seen some brand new batteries, on rare occasions, come off of the shelf in an uncharged state.
