i replaced the water pump and put it all back together and now my car won't start. The motor won't turn, what could it be?

    this water pump is driven by the timing belt. you must be
    extremely careful that none of the cam gears move and all
    timing marks are observed when reinstalling the timing belt. better remove everything and recheck your work.

    if all marks lineup; cams and crank. then check your cam and crank position sensors.... code 12 and 13 on OBD I diagnostics
