removed starter, auto zone said it is good so put starter back in, cleaned cables worked for about 5 days now NO CRANK again. Replaced cable, clamps,Checked voltage on both sides of solinoid, good when in start position still NO CRANK. IS there a park switch/neutral start switch? Where is it located? or is the starter bad?

Sure - there is a transmission range / mode switch. You'll find the switch around the area of the linkage area on the side of the transmission. I would lean towards some kind of electrical issue like this switch since you have already had the starter bench tested....although...I suppose a test like that is only as good as who does it.
car randomly does not start. the battery is new and there is no clicking or dimming of lights when i turn key. mechanic can not get it to fail so he can check it
