Message from the Shop

Our slogan, " Try Us, You Will Absolutely Love Us", actually came from a customer. She had traded with us for about 15 years and was waxing on one day about how much trouble she had when she first arrived in our community finding a reliable, honest automotive repair facility. She then said since "discovering us" she had told everyone she knew, "Try Wiyguls, You Will Absolutely Love Them". That was the beginning of the slogan but not the beginning of our commitment to complete customer satisfaction.

    I called the shop to have a simple repair done, fixing a broken hose. On the phone the quoted a slightly high $200-300 but reasonable. After taking my car there they ended up charging over $700 for a steering hose replacement. From their inspection they found other problems wrong with the car such as acid buildup on the battery terminals which they would clean for only $65. This isn't a battery replacement...this is wiping off the terminals. The guy at the front counter also did not seem to know what actually happened with during the maintenance done by the mechanic and knew less about the repair than I did. Overall a very sad experience. As it was a simple hose replacement they did their job competently enough, but given the poor pricing and service I would only recommend this place to those who like to pay 3-4x the going rate for repairs and enjoy a good bait and switch.
