Question: wipers only work sporadically

have replaced wiper motor,dashboard switch and still work when they feel like it

    i would look at grounds around the battery and at the motor itself.

    already done that is it possible that there is a relay for the wiper motor.by the way thanks so much for the input i really appreciate it

    There is a wiper governor under the right front dash area, if you have intermittent wiper function. This could have a malfunction.
