 Rookie

The windshield wipers work under normal conditions, but when I shut it off, the wipers will stop at what ever position it is when I shut it off; it will not work in int mode just runs in low speed

  possibly a bad wiper switch.. i believe the one on your steering column- not too hard of a fix, just gotta replace the bad switch.. 818 846 2210 for a free estimate! :)
