Question: wipers dont work when i turn them on fuse is good motor is new

they still work when i use them to wash window with washer fluid setting

     Master

    turnthe wipers on and then check for power and ground if you have no power could be the combo switch

    I agre with goodguy, also if power is present, try grounding the wiper motor itself with a jumper wire to bare metal on motor and good ground. Works for some. That's after you try what answer 1 suggest.

    I agree with all and the wiper switch could be defective also.
