  I've been going to Winkler Automotive for 7 years. They are honest and not pushy. I only had one time where I had a tough experience, but they went out of their way to make sure they fixed the problem.

  Their front office staff and their mechanics are very friendly and very honest. George, the owner, he works down stairs at the counter. He is hands-on and very good. He makes it a home and makes it a good atmosphere.

  After my dealership closed, I was looking for a new facility to take my car for service work. I found Winkler Automotive in Gaithersburg. I was impressed by how clean and pleasant their facility is. Winkler Automotive has a great staff with great mechanics who are very knowledgeable. They repaired my car properly and at a more than fair price. If you need to wait for your car, their reception area is very comfortable with a variety of magazines and complimentary coffee is available. They also have a shuttle service if you prefer. I would definitely recommend Winkler Automotive to anyone who needs a reliable, honest repair facility. They also have a website, www.winklerautomotive.com, where you can find information about the work they do. Needless to say I have found my repair shop and will refer everyone to them.
