Question: windshield wipers won't turn off

Rookie

I own a 1994 1500 Pickup and the windshield wipers won't turn off. Is it something with the circuit? How do I repair it?

Try replacing the relay under the dash or the one under the hood

Replace the delay module located on the windshield wiper motor.
