Its probably coincidental but you would have to check for power/ground to the pump when the button is pressed for the washer to see if in fact the motor has failed, perhaps even locate the motor get a friend to press the washer button while you gently hit the motor if it comes back to life the motor is bad. Autozone have some popular workshop manuals for free on line once you register (for free) on their website http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info. There is also a company that independent auto repair shops buy their information from that the same information inexpensively to do it yourselfers. The information is year make and model specific repair procedures, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect.... Alldata is very easy to navigate http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online
Check the fuses but front and rear washer motors and wipers are probably all on the same fuse. Check here http://repairpal.com/automobile-owners-manuals-online or try this link you may be able to down load a free copy of the owner's manual for your vehicle http://www.autousermanual.com/
