you have to remove the cover by the windshield and remove the wiper arms to get the complete wiper assembly out. then the motor car be replaced on the bench. if you are not careful, expect to replace the windshield. be gentle around the area. you may need to "time" the motor with the arms off to prevent wipers stopping in the wrong spot.
