Likely yes. Follow washer fluid tubing from pump to the squirters and make sure all is connected. Remove tubes from squirters and see if squirts thru the hose. If doesn't then suspect the washer fluid pump. If does then use a pin to clean out the tiny holes that the fluid squirts out of. If have compressed air disconnect hose and blow backwards thru the squirters with a nozzle connected to air hose.
