The windows were left open during a rain storm, now the horn keeps going off, radio has static noise, haven't tryed starting the car yet, should I? Should I wait a few more days to let everything dry off first? I disconnected the battery because of the horn going off.

MasterI would let things dry out as long as possible and try to restart. Water is such a great conductor of electricity, it can cause havoc!
