Question: window won't go into seal at top

My driver side window doesn't completely go up like it used to and is now leaking. also it feels as if my door isn't closing completly. Any suggestions?

    It sounds like the two things are related. Perhaps if we can adjust the door then the window will align better.
    Is the car a coupe or a sedan?
