Window Repair on 2001 Toyota Celica

I am unable to roll my window back up and I was told I need a new motor for it. What is the price range for these and where can I find the cheapest price and is the installation done professionally?

It is either the window motor or the window regulator. You can look up estimates for both situations on RepairPal to get an idea of what is fair. I recommend locating a quality independent shop in your area--use RepairPal's directory, or try the Automotive Service Association or the ASE.
