2005 Nissan Pathfinder Q&A

2005 Nissan Pathfinder Question: Will the transmission go again?

I found a 2005 Nissan pathfindrr with 100000 miles for sale. It needs a new transmission that the garage will put in with extended warranty ontop of tue 60 day warranty. I am in love with this car. I'm worried about getting it because I'm not sure if tue tranny will go again. I was just ripped of with a 2006 chevy equinox out 5 grand I don't know what to do!!!! Please help need more info about this problem thanks -
Answer 1
Do you trust the shop and is that the same place that's selling you the truck? -
Answer 2
Be sure that the radiator is (or was) replaced also. The radiator and transmission are both part of the notorious MY2005 transmission failures where coolant leaks into the transmission. If both are replaced, all will be good. -
Answer 3
I have one I replace the transmission and radiator and still have the same problem don't buy that car a piece of crack. -
