Question: will start up wont stay running

 Rookie

we put a new fuel pump on and it wont stay running unless we feed it gasa thru a hose on the top of the motor

    What is your fuel pressure? Do you have power and ground signals to the fuel pump?

    yes we had power and ground to the pump and the pressure was 60?

    Now make sure the injectors are opening. They will have power all the time and they get a ground signal from the PCM.
