REMOVE THE STEERING WHEEL CHECK THE BACK OF THE WHEEL , YOU WILL SEE A COPPER RING SET THAT GETS MANGLED OVER TIME , BE SURE EVERYTHING LOOKS RIGHT AND CONTACT TABS ARE NOT BENT. TAKE ALCOHOL SWABS OR CONTACT CLEANER, AND HIT THE INNER MOVING COMPONANTS THAT ARE EXPOSED ( WITH THE WHEEL OFF). TORQUE THE WHEEL BACK ON. IF YOU STILL HAVE PROBLEMS SOMETHING MAY HAVE BROKEN AND THE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE TO BE REPLACED.....JUNK YARD MAY SAVE YOU A TON OF MONEY...GOOD LUCK!
