1990 Chevrolet S10 Blazer Q&A

1990 Chevrolet S10 Blazer Question: will it start out of time

will it start out of time -
Answer 1
If the ignition timing is too far advanced it will crank "under pressure" may be sound a little slow. If it is retarded it may not start but anywhere within 5 or 8 degree after TDC or 20 degrees BTDC the engine should start, use a timing light and correct ignition timing procedures other wise the engine may suffer damage due to detonation. -
