will I damage the truck if I drive it with a miss in the engine? on 1994 GMC Suburban 2500

The engine has a regular miss and low compression in one cylinder. Will I damage the catalytic converter if I drive it?

Yes,, it's possible you will damage the catalytic converter, however if you know the cylinder that is misfiring, you can disconnect the injector and that will help prevent damage.
