Question: will crank but no spark

Visitor, 5.4L V8, Alma, WV, January 01, 2011, 03:17

truck shut off after running very rough. would not restart. replaced the cpu. replaced the cam sensor. have good fuel preasure. any ideas

    ck crank shaft sensor put on computer maybe that will tell the old codes to find out what the problem is

    Replacing the PCM and cam sensor with no good diagnosis sounds like a huge waste of cash!

    Seriously, you really need to do some basic spark, fuel, air and exhaust diagnostic tests for a no-start before replacing parts.

    By the way, does your "THEFT" light flash in your instrument cluster while you crank?
