will bad 02 sensor cause rough idling and jerking in gear after starting? on 2006 Ford Explorer

Engine light came on, code came back as bank 2 sensor 2 running lean? where is this under my truck, passenger or driver side? it's downstream. now my truck feels like it's jerking between gears at times, and idling rough. is this all related? will replacing sensor fix the problem?

This engines will develop vacuum leaks around intake manifold gaskets, pcv hoses and pcv seal. Rough idle and codes for lean condition will be stored in ECM. Do not replace oxygen sensors until the lean condition is corrected and a oxygen sensor performance test is performed.
