1997 Plymouth Breeze Question: will a map sensor keep my car from getting spark to start car?

When i drive the car and stop at a place to eat or get groceries the car will not fire do to no spark. But if you wait for anywhere from 10 min. to an hour it will then start. I've replaced the cam and crank sensors the coil wires and plugs went through all the grounds and cleaned them. running out of ideas...
