my transmission has cracked on my k1500 suburban an i want to know if the dealer is going to replace it for free or at a low cost?..since it is a recall problem

    Your dealer is the only one who can answer that question. On a 1992 vehicle is would say propably not unless it is indeed part of a recall. If you don't get the answer you are looking for from your dealer try contacting G.M. customer service.
