For over a year the idle fluctuates wildly in cool and cold weather, not warm. I have cleaned the idle control valve, replaced the valve, and cleaned the butterfly. None has helped. When I start the car in the morning the idle screams so loud you think the car will explode. What do I do?

these cars can have bad idle problems because of low coolant or a bad coolant temp sensor. if the coolant is low or the sensor is bad then the doesn't know if it should idle high because it's cold or not. check the coolant level & fill if needed, then check the coolant temp sensor, they are both likely causes.
