Q&A

Two different times now a month apart I go to start the car and it's like the battery is dead. The first time I got a jump and the second time I had called AAA and in the meantime kept turning the key and it finally started. I called the dealer and they told me there was nothing they could do unless it was basically caught in the act? What is happening here & why can't they help me?
