Why would my front tires be leaning in at the top on 1991 Ford Ranger

I changed my lower ball joints and my outer tire rods and when I was done my steering was very off I messed with it some more and my steering got better but my tires were leaning in at the top

Get an alignment!
Needs to have the camber castor and toe checked , and adjusted as necessary.............................................
