Question: why would check engine,vdc off, and slip light come on

 Rookie

i was driving yesterday and my car cut off at a stop sign, it started back up but i did not know what happen. drivin on interstate today all these light came on and the engine lost power but did not cut off.

    Sounds like a possible speed sensor failure has occurred. A diagnostic test needs to be performed for the ABS / VDC system and check engine light. I suspect one problem has caused all the lights.
