Question: Why won't the fly wheel bolt pattern match the pattern on the transmission?

 Rookie

I took off the fly wheel to straighten it out but now the bolt patterns do not match up. I can only get about two screws in properly.

    Replace the flywheel, never straighten it! Match and mark the bolt holes prior to installation.

    AGREE REPL FLTWHEEL AND IT ONLY GOSE ON ONE WAY. KEEP TURNING UNTIL ALL THE WHOLES LINE UP

    Then mark so you will know later with trans. installed!
