Question: why won't the factory keypad code work?

I can lock the doors by holding down 7/8 and 9/0, but they will not unlock with the factory keypad code.

    Really need to scan the anti-theft system and keyless entry to see what is not working correctly, a parts store scanner will not help you, you need a pro level scanner for this type of work.

    I figured out that the 3/4 button is not working and that is the first number of my code. All the other buttons light up when you push them but not the 3/4 button.
