the flashers work and the bulbs r all good

    if the fashers are good and the bulbs are good, then they shoud work. how did you test both flashers? what is the exact problem??

    There is a relay located under the dash in an obscure location that controls the turn signals. The relay needs to be replaced. The relay is fairly inexpensive, but is a bear to find and replace. Chevrolet never intended for anything on a Chevy Cavalier to be fixed, I guess they intended for the cars to be discarded after three year.

    There is a relay located under the dash of the car in an obscure location that is a bear to find and access for replacement. The relay is close to the steering column? The relay is fairly inexpensive. Chevrolet never intended for any thing to be repaired or replaced on Cavaliers! I guess you are suppose to throw them away after three years.
