Its getting spark at the plugs and the coil. Its.also getting gas. It turns over strong but wont start. i believe the timing is ok too. It did blow a fuse in the box with relays under the hood and woukd not crank but i replaced it and it started fine. Dont know if the two are related or not.

Have you done a FUEL PRESSURE TEST ? it is possible that you are getting fuel but not enough pressure to open the injectors. Try that and let us know your findings, could be the problem is your fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel filter.
