Why won't it start? on 1998 Ford Ranger

Engine turns over, have spark and fuel. Nothing we do can make it start. Any suggestions?

Are the injectors opening? Do you have spark at the plugs?

We have spark, but aren't sure if the injectors are opening.

You can get a tool called a "noid light" to check the ground signal to the injector, you can use a voltmeter or regular test light to check for 12 volts at the injector. Try a search and you should be able to find the tool for your vehicle.
