1993 Ford Taurus Question: why we can't get engine to start?

the car was involved in a front end crash and we replaced the front end but we still can't get car to start.

    The is a fuel pump relay/inertia switch that shuts of power to the fuel pump after a crash on a lot of Fords. I will find its location and respond back shortly

There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars..
