When I put It in reverse it doesn't move. But when I put it in drive it go but stay in first gear. What is the proble?

Take it to AAMCO for a free diag and estimate, then post that we might give a second opinion.
agree with #1 but do not let them repair until you get 2nd quote

With shifter in LOW OR FIRST GEAR, drive it up to 20 mph, let off gas and see if the emgine will hold it back or what is called engine braking! If NOT and just freewheels, it's "internal" damage and trans will need to come out for repair!
