WHY ISNT MY CAR STARTING NOW AFTER REPLACING THESE ITEMS. on 2001 Mazda MPV

I REPLACED MY HEAD GASKET BCUZ IT WAS BLOWN I GOT MY HEADS RESURFACED AND CLEAN I REPLACED MY TIMING CHAINS HAD A OIL CHANGE AND SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES DONE OVER . MY CAR STARTED B4 EVERYTHING WAS REPLACE EVEN WHEN THE HEAD GASKET BLOWN NOW AFTER EVERYTHING WAS CHANGED MY CAR WILL NOT START . IT WAS TOLD TO ME MY CAR ITS GETTING ENOUGH COMPRESSION WHAT COULD CAUSE THAT PROBLEM ? HOPE U CAN HELP ME OUT I HAVE PUT ALOT OF MONEY INTO THIS CAR I HATE TO LET IT GO. THX ALOT

timing chain is poss not set to timing marks

a engine compression test should first be performed on engine. Plus fuel system might need to be primed because the fuel system pressure needed to be relieved when engine was taken apart.
