Why is there no spark on 2 and 3? What are the possiblities? on 2000 Plymouth Breeze

replaced coil pack, internal wiring harness (gave power to data port), received low voltage shock when checking for fire on 2 and 3 through ignition.

You just may have taken out the PCM. OOPPS!
What does that mean? Did I take it out and not hook it up properly? Can you explain more what the difference is between the ECM and the PCM. I was thinking that it was a grounding problem because it fed back through the key.
