it is leaking fuel while just sitting. removed the MAF sensor and fuel had been running through it down into the air filters the car was getting hard to start but i have sense disconnected the battery and it is still leaking fuel out of the throttle body. this is a 1988 Camaro Iroc Z 5.0L tuned port injected engine with a manual transmission.

Have the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm checked for leakage.

Pull the vacuum line off of the fuel PSI regulator and see if it is full of fuel. This is one way to see if the regulator diaphragm is leaking. If there is not fuel in the vacuum line, it still could be bad, but I would then check to see if the cold start injector is leaking. Let us know what you find.
