I pulled the #25 fuse because it was pulling high amps and killing the battery. But now it has shut of the windshield wipers, speedomer, interior lights, and windows. I dont think it is sopose to work all that. whats wrong??

Fuse #25 supplies power to the Instrument Panel, Generic Electronic Module (GEM) and the Central Timer Module (CTM). These control many different items, as you have found out. You'll need to perform fault tracing on these circuits to determine where the amperage draw is coming from.
