why is my van overheating? on 1998 Chevrolet Venture

the fans dont come on unless i turn on the heater. i changed the coolant temperature sensor but that didnt seem to work. i have checked all the fuses.

coolant temp sensor poss is the computer sensor. you need to test the raditor fan sensor and relay these are 2 diff sensors

YOU NEED VOLT METER AND RELAY TESTER. BOTH ARE CHEAP PARTS YOU MAY JUST WANT TO REPL AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS
