1996 Toyota Tacoma Question: why is my truck not starting when it was perfectly fine an hour ago?

It is most likely a fuse or fuse link has blown. Does the engine crank over when the key is turned to the starter position? Does the yellow Check Engine Light come on when the key is turned to the second position if not the computer is not getting power (probably a blown fuse). Check the fuses at the driver's side lower of the dash and the fuse box in the engine compartment.
