Why is my truck hesitating and vibrating? on 2001 Dodge Ram 1500

Had a head job done, replace the #8 injector, have good fuel pressure, replaced fouled spark plugs, drained foul gas from tank, replaced battery, charging system is good. Misses really bad, not shifting properly, after it warms up a little, it want stay running. Keeps throwing code po208 at me. Every now and then it alternates to 1 or 4. Any suggestions?

I done the light test and they are all working properly. I reset the check engine light and cranked it up to run til the light came on again within minutes. Now I have the same code that came on before the head job. Po172, po442, po445 with the same symptoms.
