why is my steering wheel trembling when I reach 50 mph on 1995 Toyota Celica

the trembling started after I purchased 4 brand new tires. I also bought 4 new rims, new brakes and an alignment. Balance has been checked 3 times I also replaced wheel bearings and struts

may have a bad tire or rim. take it back to shop where bought and have it checked since it started after purchase.
